Discovery Call

One call

A short conversation about your business, your current IT setup, and what’s bothering you about your IT costs.

What I need from you: 20–30 minutes and an honest picture of your situation.

Access & Data Gathering

1–2 weeks

You provide read-only access (or copies) of your IT contracts, recent invoices, and license inventories. I handle the legwork.

What I need from you: contracts and 3–6 months of IT and telecom invoices, plus a list of current software subscriptions. A single point of contact on your team speeds this up.

Forensic Review

2–3 weeks

I go through everything line by line: contracts, invoices, license assignments, usage data.

What I need from you: nothing — this is the quiet part. I may come back with clarifying questions.

Findings Report

One meeting

You get a written report with every source of waste itemized, savings ranked by size and effort, and specific recommendations — renegotiate this, cancel that, consolidate these licenses.

What I need from you: a 60-minute walkthrough meeting to go through the findings together. The report is delivered beforehand.

Implementation Support

4–8 weeks

I help you execute: renegotiating contracts, cancelling waste, consolidating licenses, and switching tools where it makes sense.

What I need from you: authority to negotiate on your behalf — or I coach your team through it.
