The fine print, in plain English.
Short version: there are no traps here. Longer version:
- Month-to-month, no lock-in. Managed IT and the fiduciary retainer are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no termination fees, no awkward breakup call required.
- The audit is a flat $2,500. No hourly meter running, no scope creep. If the savings I find are less than twice the fee, the audit is free.
- Optimization starts with a fixed quote you approve. Typically $2,500–$10,000 depending on scope. No work begins until you sign off on the number.
- Onboarding ($750) is waived with an annual commitment. Prefer month-to-month? Totally fine — onboarding is a one-time $750.
- Software licenses are passed through at cost. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and the rest — you pay what I pay. No markup, ever.
- No vendor kickbacks, ever. My advice isn’t for sale, which means my recommendations are based on what’s best for you — full stop.
